Delete Account or Data

You can request deletion of your Carib Radio account and associated account data in two ways.

  • In the app: go to Account or Settings and choose Account Deletion or Delete Account.
  • On the web: use the public Account Deletion page.
Common questions

Answers to the basics.

I cannot log in. What should I do?
Check that you are using the same email, phone number, or sign-in method you used when creating your Carib Radio account. If the issue continues, contact support at support@nuvisionmedia.org.
My stream or audio is not playing.
Check your internet connection, restart the app, and confirm that audio permissions and device volume are enabled. If the issue continues, send details about your device, app version, and what you were trying to play.
I am having trouble with live streaming.
Confirm that camera and microphone permissions are enabled. If you are hosting or joining a live session, make sure your connection is stable and that you are using the latest app version.
How do I submit a support ticket?

What happens after I request account deletion?
NuVision Media LLC may contact you to verify account ownership. After verification, your Carib Radio account and associated account data will be deleted or de-identified where applicable, subject to lawful retention requirements.
Can some data be retained?
Yes. Some data may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, abuse prevention, payment records, legal compliance, dispute handling, or regulatory reasons.
